ch&i associates, founded in 2011 by Jon Wigmore and Alex Oram, has successfully delivered complaint investigation, review and management services to primarily public sector providers and regulators. Our clients have included the Department for Transport, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, the NHS, Ofqual, the Charity Commission and over fifty Local Authorities.
We undertake both independent reviews and contracted-out investigations. We can work independently or in partnership with your staff, to agreed case stages or for the entire investigation.
Clients trust us to deliver often contentious investigations to a high standard, quickly, with minimal overheads. Our staged process means you review the case with us at agreed points. We ensure together that any future steps are clear, agreed and necessary. Some cases may be completed with readily-available documentation. Some will require telephone or face to face interviews. We can conclude with a briefing, case conference or report for internal use or publication. We have years of experience of preparing reports and case bundles for tribunal determination.
