Independent complaint Review
Since 2013, we have acted as an independent complaint review service for various, large public sector organisations. Our main role has been to provide a free, effective and impartial complaints review and resolution service to anybody who remains dissatisfied, having been through the relevant organisation's internal complaints process. We also produce annual reports, which summarise the complaints that have been reviewed each year, and work with the various organisations to ensure that lessons have been learned
